Separator

The Pre-Production and Color Separations Department of a Midwest client is looking for an experienced color separator to work on sample separations. Candidate must be experienced in separating simulated graphics for apparel using Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator for Mac. Position reports directly to the department supervisor, but will require frequent interaction with the Art Department, Merchandizing and Production staff. Duties include: Separate artwork for sampling and research/development (R&D), Create print specification documentation for samples and R&D separations (including color callouts, hit order, flashes, meshes, art placement, garment styles and colors), Update sample print specification documentation and separations when necessary, Check production print specification documentation and separations if/when sample workload allows. Requires a Minimum 2 years simulated separation experience, Experience as a Pre-Production Artist a plus, Advanced knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator CS6, Comfortable with Microsoft Office 2011 (specifically Excel)

 

Hands on Production manager

Start up opportunity for a manager that can do it all. Client recently added in-house screen printing to their strong retail and embroidery business. Currently running one 10C automatic along with embroidery.  Requires some one with the ability and desire to, create and implement policies/procedures for production, set up quality standards, train and supervise a motivated staff. Client is located in a college community in Virginia and offers great opportunity and benefits.

 

Artist

A fast paced Midwest textile screen print client is adding a graphic artist/illustrator. As Graphic Artist, you will be researching and developing existing and emerging trends, creating illustrations in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop and collaborating with fellow designers. You will partner with the sales team and production team to facilitate the transition of designs from concept through to production, utilizing extensive experience and knowledge of fashion screen print textiles, applications, and production. To qualify you need at least 2 years of experience creating art for textile.


Demand Planner/Scheduler

This hands-on position will plan and implement work schedules for production through the procurement of raw goods, inventory control, manpower requirements and generation of work orders in manufacturing to provide delivery of products to the customer in a timely manner. Minimum requirements: Bachelor in Supply Chain, Manufacturing or equivalent degree, 3 years of related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Proficiency in statistical forecasting, APIC’s CPIM certification and experience in the apparel industry a plus. Compensation based on experience & education.Excellent Benefits!



Production Artist

Client located in upper Midwest, Currently seeking a full-time, production artist to become a member of the design team. This position will be responsible for modifying high-quality screenprint and embroidery designs for national retail, resort or collegiate markets. Requirements include: Expert on the Apple Macintosh and with Adobe CS (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat), In-depth InDesign knowledge and digital pdf catalog creation, Understanding of digital photography and photo correction along with Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven, multi-project environment. Production Manager with digital print experience

Upper Midwest graphic printer is looking for a Production manager with a strong work flow sense, must be “dynamic” a problem solver, able to improve efficiency and Motivate staff. Primary goal would be to make sure the plant continues to run efficiently, can have 400 jobs running at any given time. Will supervise a staff of 15 to 20. LEAN Management skills or 6-Sigma a big plus.


Screen Print Operator/Supervisor

Prestigious client is looking for an experienced Automatic Screen Print Press Operator at its Home Office.  As part of the Design Center, the Screen Printer will be responsible for creating samples to send to the client’s factories for reference as well as leading a team producing small production runs and R&D efforts for new products and processes.
Duties and Responsibilities include: Strong working knowledge of M&R automatic press operation *Equipment maintenance *Training of print staff and participation in all areas of screen making, inks, reclaim and printing process. *Work with Designers and Merchants to gain approval of print samples and production runs *Coordinating work flow to ensure all deadlines are met while exceeding quality standards

Requirements: Minimum of 5 years experience as automatic press operator in production environment *Supervisory experience *Working knowledge in all aspects of pre press *Working knowledge of ink mixing systems for Plastisol, Water base, and acrylic inks *Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills

Lead print/Production Manager, MI

Do to growth a Michigan Textile Screen Printer is looking to add a hands on Lead printer that can help manage two M&R automatics and one manual press. Will be responsible for the supervision, training and motivating of a small staff of 6 to 10 employees. Company offers a great working environment along with above average salary.

The Creative Director will oversee all creative and design projects. Responsibilities include establishing and maintaining a distinct creative direction for the brand, managing projects from concept to completion, translating marketing objectives into creative strategies and directing the production of all catalogs and marketing collateral. The Creative director is responsible for all visual branding and will manage both internal creative staff and outside talent. Responsibilities and Duties: Responsible for the creative development and delivery of all marketing and promotional materials.
